Situation

I want my students to self enroll in a number of courses to be completed sequentially, e.g. Course A must be completed before moving on to Course B, with the whole process automated.

Solution

1. Create a learning group with enrollment via a registration code
2. Create courses and specify prerequisite courses
3. Add courses to the learning group
4. Add the registration URL and code to your email funnel

I want my students to self enroll in a number of courses to be completed sequentially, e.g. Course A must be completed before moving on to Course B, but an instructor must manually approve something before the student can progress between courses.

Solution

1. Create a learning group with enrollment via a registration code
2. Create courses and specify prerequisite cours
3. Add manual ‘gates’ where required, such as:
   1. Assignment – student must upload evidence of something to be approved before the course can be completed.
   2. Assessment – student needs to complete a quiz or essay that needs to be manually approved by an instructor before the before the course can be completed.
4. Add courses to the learning group
5. Add the registration URL and code to your email funnel
