Training
Remote and hostile-environment first aid training, HLTAID courses, and customised team programs for field crews and expedition teams.
Accredited Training
Through our partner RTO, we deliver practical, scenario-based first aid for remote activities—building the skills your team needs when someone is injured or unwell off the beaten track. Content can be tailored to your project when planned ahead.
Accredited courses include HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support, HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid, HLTAID013 Provide First Aid in remote or isolated site, HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting, and course sets such as HLTAID013, HLTAID014 & HLTAID015 (Remote advanced first aid) and HLTAID013 & HLTAID015 (Remote first aid and advanced resuscitation and oxygen therapy). See the course directory.
Bespoke Training
We design and deliver programs around your mission and operating environment—remote wilderness, conflict zones, or humanitarian settings—so participants leave with knowledge they can apply on the ground.
Topics span specialised medical protocols, security, and survival skills, developed with your organisation to close identified gaps. Sessions can support pre-deployment preparation or run on site, timed to your schedule.
Trauma Training
Trauma training follows TCCC/TECC and the MARCH protocol. Participants practise managing life-threatening injuries under pressure: tourniquets, haemostatic agents, gunshot and blast wounds, airway management, chest decompression, head injuries, haemorrhage control, triage, and shock.
The course suits teams in volatile or remote areas with limited medical access, combining theory with simulations so critical procedures become repeatable under stress.
Remote Safety Training
We cover hazards common to isolated work: bushfire awareness, journey management, heat illness, remote communications, snake bite treatment, and using rural health networks to support team welfare. Participants learn to spot early warning signs and put preventive measures in place.
Content is tailored to your operation. Instructors with remote field experience use scenario-based delivery to build confidence before you deploy.
Hostile Environment Awareness Training
Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) prepares teams for high-risk areas. The curriculum includes remote first aid, fieldcraft, personal and travel safety, travel health, communication, navigation, digital security, vehicle safety, journey management, legal issues, bribery and corruption, crisis management, explosive ordnance awareness, and CBRN awareness.
Interactive modules and realistic drills build skills to identify, avoid, and respond to threats—so teams can stay focused on mission outcomes in adverse conditions.
