Most problems can be solved with a restart of the application.
On a desktop browser (Chrome):
- Try pressing Ctrl (or Command) + Shift + R to force a refresh of the app, or
- Close the current tab, and all other tabs running your app
- Reopen the app
On a desktop app:
- Try pressing Ctrl (or Command) + Shift + R to force a refresh of the app, or
- Quit the app
- Reopen the app
On a mobile device:
- Quit AustereRMS as you would for a native app
- Reopen AustereRMS
If a simple restart will not solve the problem, it may be necessary to uninstall and reinstall the app.
