Troubleshooting

Most problems can be solved with a restart of the application.

On a desktop browser (Chrome):

  1. Try pressing Ctrl (or Command) + Shift + R to force a refresh of the app, or
  2. Close the current tab, and all other tabs running your app
  3. Reopen the app

On a desktop app:

  1. Try pressing Ctrl (or Command) + Shift + R to force a refresh of the app, or
  2. Quit the app
  3. Reopen the app

On a mobile device:

  1. Quit AustereRMS as you would for a native app
  2. Reopen AustereRMS

If a simple restart will not solve the problem, it may be necessary to uninstall and reinstall the app.
